We have the pleasure of having Josh Olsen on our team, overseeing our blend development and roasting. Josh comes from a rich history in hospitality. His roasting journey started at Atomic Coffee, where he competed in the National Barista Championships several times and was also part of the first-ever intake for Q Grader certification. We consider ourselves very lucky to have him.

Terry Martinez

Our trainer, ambassador, and all-round coffee guru Wayne Burrows has coffee running through his veins, as he zips around the country supporting our cafe partners and spreading the Zephyr love! With 17 years in the coffee biz, we’re very lucky to have this award-winning barista on our team.

Devan looks after our National Sales team, seeking out new opportunities and outlets to serve our delicious coffee!

Emma covers all things Marketing, working with some fabulous crafters and creators to bring all things Zephyr to our wonderful customers.
